Returns Policy
Item sold are not refundable but you may exchange most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery and we will issue store credit to you for your future purchase from Square.sg.
Processing of exchange may take up to 7 days but in most cases you should receive store credit in much shorter time once the return package has send to our outlet at 10 Anson Road, International Plaza #02-71, Singapore 079903.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We will only ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei and Hongkong. We apologize that we do not ship to other countries than the list provided.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. For shipment outside of Singapore and Malaysia, additional shipping cost and handling fees may apply.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilograms.
